About the role
Office admin & accounting with training available for further qualifications
Hours are 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday.
Your role will primarily include assisting with:
- answering of phones & emails
- coordinating the booking in and following up of reports for jobs with external builders
- managing appointments for senior staff
- communicating directly with our plumbers on site and in the office
- coordinate with storeman
- general administration for builders
- data input
- accounts receivable and payable
Training can be provided for further development of the role including invoicing and input of orders.
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Be well organised, with exceptional time management skills
- This role is largely focused on the use of computers and phones.
- MYOB experience preferred but not essential.
- knowledge of the plumbing/roofing industry would be beneficial
