Full time Artisan Baker

Banneton Bakery has an opening for a full time Artisan sourdough Baker.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • have sourdough experience preferably. If not sourdough, then must have a baking background and experience. Experience is essential.
  • have a strong work ethic
  • be able to work in a team and alone
  • take great pride in their work and results
  • be reliable and committed
  • be willing to work nights, weekends and mornings (rotating shifts for the right person)
  • have a passion for making high quality breads and products
  • a desire to keep learning
  • always go the extra mile when needed and does not accept that 'close enough is good enough'
