With more Aussies shopping online than ever, our contact centres are the critical link to helping our customers get what they want, when they need it.
That’s why we’re looking for Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join our contact centre team. These are work from home, fixed-term positions opportunities, and we have full-time or part-time hours all with full time training.

You’ll be harnessing your relentlessly empathetic attitude, with your unique ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, the first time.
A typical day could see you:
Grab your coffee, head to your office space, put on your headset and start your shift with no commute
Answering back to back customers’ calls and using your powers deduction to resolve situations like damaged or missing parcels
Putting to use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers
To be eligible you’ll need to have full time permanent working rights.
And because you’ll be working remotely, you’ll also need a stable internet connection - Wi-Fiand an ergonomically suitable work space.
You’re tech savvy. This gig requires the skills to work across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously. This will be keyto success since you’re working from home. Your training will be virtual too.
You’re pretty unflappable and your resilience allows you to move from one customer to the next, to the next…
You’re also true professional, because if you’re punctual and reliable, you’re half way there when it comes to this role
