Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently update your knowledge of company competitors within the Kitchen and Joinery industry to ensure the most forward-thinking after-sales approach for customers
Answering the customer scheduling phone for both residential and commercial customers/Cabinet Line customers
Building rapport with customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors and employees
Managing customer expectations and dispute resolution
After-sales service from post-sale to the execution of their kitchen or joinery solution
Scheduling trades both employees and subcontractors
Scheduling of external trades/suppliers with the client to meet execution dates of joinery
Communicating and scheduling with specific client needs with trades
Communication with commercial contracts including but not limited to: sales calls, follow up of previous customers and potential customers for Cabinet Line
Facilitating the hand over from sales to the factory with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer
Be proactive in creating unique memorable moments for Vista Kitchens Customers
