Better Health Pathway is a small but busy Podiatry clinic based in Rockhampton.  We offer a wide range of Podiatry services catering to all areas of podiatry. At Better Health Pathway we are committed to helping all our patients live happy, active, and pain-free lives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Attending to phone calls
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Processing patient payments using Hi-caps machine both Private and Medicare claims
  • Uploading and entering patient data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide high quality support to Allied Health Practitioners in a professional manner using excellence communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fax, scan and email documents when required

   About You 

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task with high attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Efficient computer skills and be willing to up skill to use our Practice Software.
  • Ability to follow protocols and prioritise
  • Warm, friendly and confident
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience as an allied health or medical receptionist would be an advantage
