The Integrity Systems Company (ISC) develops, delivers and administers meat and livestock integrity programs, including the development and delivery of information technology platforms, for the meat and livestock industry.  The Integrity Systems Company is responsible for the integration, expansion and enhancement of the meat and livestock integrity programs to improve the quality, efficiency and performance of the programs for the benefit of the industry. Job Description

We have a rewarding opportunity for a eNVD Administrator to join our integrity systems program team on a fixed term contract. This role can be based in North Sydney, Brisbane or Armidale.

This role will assist in the day to day operations of the eNVD application within the Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program. This role will provide effective and efficient technical support to users and stakeholders, gather and contribute feedback and ideas to product development and support the product team in documentation and other administrative tasks.

Other key accountabilities of the role includes:

  • Assist in the day to day operations of the eNVD application, specifically responding and resolving technical issues and/or feedback raised by users and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with employees across all MLA/ISC programs sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities for integration or improvement
  • Engage with external users and stakeholders building strong and reliable relationships to ensure the product is exceeding expectations
  • Document and report on user and stakeholder feedback and trends to enable continuous product improvement
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation, presentations and other materials
  • Comply with company QMS requirements, including all relevant procedures and work instructions

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, technology or related fields is desirable
  • Ability to identify, compile, analyse and report on key product user journeys and feedback
  • Attention to detail especially in relation to customer experience and product functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • High level of competency with the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of red meat industry value chains preferable
