Advanced Contracting a locally owned air-conditioning and Sheetmetal company are seeking an administrative support and scheduling coordinator to join our team. Position will be full-time located at the head office in Glenorchy Tasmania.

 

Position Description

The successful applicant will work closely with directors in managing/scheduling routine maintenance and service work.

Maintaining records and administrative duties surrounding ongoing construction and installation projects.

Reception service by Phone and Email. Working closely with property maintenance managers and company field staff.

 

Experience preferred but not required

- simPRO or Connect experience

- Microsoft Word and Excel

- Email and DATA entry

 

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 430pm or

9am - 230pm (school hours)

 

Attractive Salary based on experience and skills will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
