About the role
The Recruitment and Volunteer Coordinator will lead high volume recruitment for a purpose driven, dynamic organisation. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for employees and volunteers, ensuring our mission and values underpin all recruitment processes. At any time you will manage 15-25 vacancies. We are currently experiencing growth due to additional funding and new partnerships and have 30+ vacancies to fill.
You will have minimum 3 years experience coordinating high volume end-to-end recruitment. Friendly and dynamic by nature, you will work well in a fast paced environment with diverse internal stakeholders. Your excellent communication and organisation skills will see you succeed in this role.
You will be flexible and able to travel to our Melbourne sites to participate on interview panels. We are looking to introduce a HRIS and recruitment platform shortly, so you will need to be comfortable working with inboxes and candidate tracking spreadsheets until this is implemented.
