We are currently seeking an F & I professional for one of two locations at Mt Gravatt. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years dealership F & I experience with a strong sales background. Brokerage experience would be an advantage. You would be charged with exhibiting your own core values including passion, teamwork, broader thinking and a customer centric focus. We are looking to attract someone that:

To be considered for interview, candidates must meet the above criteria, plus be able to:
Negotiate sales while demonstrating genuine care for our customers
Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership
Receipt deposits and final payments
Complete financial logs and reports
Ensure all customers are presented & offered all insurance products.
Work closely with our Sales Managers to ensure great results across vehicle sales and F & I result.
Drive and follow the dealership process and set a good example for your fellow staff members
Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers to achieve swift positive customer outcomes
Facilitate finance & insurance discussions professionally and respectfully to prospective customers
Be responsible for balancing deals and making sure all monies are collected and receipted
Pay out trade ins in a timely manner and refunding any overpayments
Work closely with our broker to gain approvals through our second & third string lenders
