A leading property investment group with operations in property sales, finance, property management, financial planning, covering VIC. NSW, SA, and Brisbane markets, is looking for an ambitious committed, disciplined, and well-spoken sales professional.
We provide our clients with personal service by guiding them how to build wealth by purchasing multiple investment properties and proving all the technical support and services needed in our hands.
We guide clients to change the way they think of their false limitation of investing in property by showing them how anyone can purchase an investment property if he/she is willing to learn and be committed to his/her financial security.
Assist clients' in choosing the right property, and guiding them through a clear path, assisting them with of finance specialists, tenants, tax advisors and tax agents and advisors, financial planners to provide the full technical support of the strategy to build a property portfolio. The investment options include house and land packages and townhouses, off the plan, under construction and completed properties.
Only positive, confident, ambitious, committed, and energetic salespeople need to apply.

About the Role
We generate qualified leads and have existing clients interested in purchasing properties and continue to purchase more properties.
The consultants role starts with phoning the leads generated by the company, understanding that these clients want to buy a property either to invest or as a first home buyer and the sales persons only job is arranging a time to meet to discuss the different options available with them, go to see them and explain what we do, find the financial dreams they are looking for and inspire them to take action by dismissing all the negative thoughts that stop people from moving forward in life.
To assist property investors Landmarks offers many added-value services including, 10 years rent support, 10 years of free tax returns,10 years tax advice, 10 years of financial planning advice, 10 years finance advice.

- Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Excel; Word, Internet)
- Excellent time management, planning, reporting, and analytical skills
- Team player who is enthusiastic, ambitious, innovating, energetic, honest, committed, hardworking and results-driven
- Focusing in building client relationships
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- POSITIVE AND WINNING ATTITUDE IS A MUST
