Master Grocers Australia (MGA) is a not for profit organisation that prides itself on the delivery of exceptional service to its members. MGAs national head office is located in Malvern, Victoria.
Currently we have a casual vacancy for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer/Website Design/Communications Co-ordinator who is experienced in website design and maintenance. You will be a strategic thinker with a pro-active can do attitude who loves the challenge of how to engage members and sell our membership services through digital marketing.
This role includes assisting with; collateral updates, compiling content for our magazine, updating and design of a number of website platforms (experience in WordPress is a must) and assisting with EDMs to our members. Along with developing and implementing communication strategies and maintaining our Brand standards through all types of communication channels.

It is essential that the ideal candidate have;
An understanding of a small team environment, the ability to work autonomously, as well as the capacity to engage and collaborate with the team
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in website design and maintenance, WordPress essential
Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to effectively monitor relevant data, trends, analytics, associated with social media sites, marketing activities and Website
Sound understanding of other online technology, including Vision6, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and associated platforms
Graphic design skill
Ability to manage projects from concept to completion
Exceptional time management skills and experience in organising and prioritising work tasks to meet deadlines and achieve high quality work outcomes.
Experience with creating graphics for online training would be advantageous
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Captivate 9 and E learning platforms are essential
This is a casual position and salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
