Part-time Administration Assistant

We have a part-time opportunity (2-3 days p/w) for an Administration Assistant at our Packing Shed located in Kirup. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of MYOB is desirable, but not essential. 


Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Keeping track and recording fruit transfers
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Submitting workers' compensation claims & follow-up
  • Maintaining orchard block sheets
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc office duties

To be considered for this position you must possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Speak fluent English
