PPD Real Estate has two exciting opportunities for experienced Receptionists to manage our front of house and be the face of our agencies.
As true ambassadors for the PPD brand, you are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming and highly professional first impression, whether in person or over the phone.
The roles require mature-minded, dynamic, customer focused individuals who strive to exceed the expectations of others.
A Snap Shot of the Roles:
- Greet visitors, direct incoming calls and manage enquiries/leads
- Ensure the office is tidy and well presented
- Receive deliveries and dispatch couriers
- Manage boardroom bookings and provide refreshments during meetings
- Manage office supplies and control stock
- Manage keys and maintain Key Registers
- Arrange technical support for team members
- Provide general administrative support
The Ideal Candidates:
- 5+ years experience in a Reception / Front of House / Administration role
- Strong sense of how to create a positive, customer-focused brand experience
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of office operations and administrative procedures
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong multi-tasking, organisation and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
