Administration Officer

We are a medium sized Landscaping and Pool business located in Brisbane and working all over from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast.

We are seeking the services of an experienced Administration Officer to manage our day to day office duties.

Duties will include but not limited to, Payroll, Invoicing and reconciling (Strong knowledge of Xero essential), Client contracts, assisting with quoting/tenders, appointment scheduling and general management of vehicle and company insurances, registration etc.

We are a relaxed environment and the successful applicant is encouraged to work from home. Hours of work are flexible, and we estimate a 24-30hr working week.
