We are now seeking an experienced initiative-driven and results oriented Sales and Business Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the National Solar Manager (with dotted line to GM - Customer Experience), this newly created position will be responsible for sourcing new leads and converting these leads into sales. In addition, you will be expected to work with the broader business to expand our offerings to our existing client base.
You will be responsible for the full sales life cycle supported by our talented team for project quoting and contract generation by offering end to end solar, battery storage and electrical (AS3000) solutions to the market.
The position can be based from either our Truganina or Hallam office, however the position has a requirement for extensive travel to meet with potential clients and develop relationships, working remotely is an option.
You are passionate about sales and have developed your own network over the course of your career as a strong sales leader with a track record of delivering hands-on sales growth. In your work-life, you are considered a person valued by customers with a working knowledge of sales and prospecting methodologies, forging long lasting client relationships.
You will be accountable for implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategy and providing regular reporting, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates and sales results. You will be expected to efficiently and pro-actively manage relationships providing quotations, bid management and RFP responses, as well as providing excellent post-sales service where required.

You may have started your career in an electrical trade, engineering or in project management and have progressed into sales working to and achieving set targets.
You are a natural people person with a knack of establishing, building and nurturing customer relationships. You are a self-driven, tenacious, enthusiastic individual who has an outgoing and approachable personality. Previous sales knowledge and/or experience within solar / electrical contracting services environment is a must.
