We currently have a rare opportunity for a unique individual to join the rural team in Customer Service working in our Bundaberg Rural Store. The position will be offered on a full time basis and will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Duties of the role include;
follwoing up on orders placed with suppliers
stock control & receiving of goods
putting stock away (physical lifting required)
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft excel
Able to work individually or as part of a team
Carry out stocktakes
Rostered Saturday work (one a month)
Good communication and phone skills
Attention to detail
Forklift ticket required
The candidate we are looking for will have;
A proven track record of sales achievement preferably in a merchanise role.
Experience in retail sales and customer service (preffered)
Experience in the Rural / Agronomy industry (preffered).
A current forklift licence.
Competent computer knowledge.
People skills with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with customers
Irrigation knowledge (preffered but not essential)
