Small family run solar and electrical business based in Hannam Vale on the Mid North Coast looking for a capable Office Assistant to join our busy team on a part-time casual basis, 8 hours per week.
The main focus of your role will be looking after the administration of our customer job cycles, ensuring every process is completed at the correct time and that our job flows run smoothly.
Duties will include:
Submitting online grid connection applications
Processing requests to electricity retailers
Generating document packs for customers
Data entry and filing
Basic accounts and payroll administration
Answering the phone and taking messages
Working for a small company you will be expected to have a can-do attitude and be adaptable in your role. We are a growing business and our processes are evolving all the time. The successful applicant will have experience working with Xero, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to pick up and run with new software systems. Due to the nature of the role a high attention to detail and previous administration experience is essential, preferably in a small office environment.
Salary negotiable and dependent on experience. Hours can be worked in one day, or split over two half days.
