Were looking for someone to take responsibility of the overall maintenance of data, processes and profiles of the ahm Salesforce Service / SalesCloud solution as well as to help develop and grow ahms lead nurture programme of work.
Reporting to the Acquisition Product Manager, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to:
Implement and manage Salesforce feature releases, upgrades and enhancements.
Track and report on key leads and CRM conversion metrics and make recommendations for optimisation.
Ensure quality lead data is available for all user groups including Marketing, ahm Frontline and other internal stakeholders.
Utilise Service Cloud to derive audience insights and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
Assist in defining, documenting, and maintaining process flows as well as policies and procedures.
Support the performance marketing team to deliver end-to-end digital experiences utilizing marketing and sales technology to drive uplift of leads and acquisitions.

You will need:
A strong confidence with Salesforce administrative tasks - creating profiles/roles, page layouts, reports/dashboards.
A strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help ahm achieve long-term KPIs.
Experience with administration, configuration and implementation of Salesforce CRM.
Proficiency in Tableau and Google Analytics.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Extensive stakeholder management experience across project, marketing and technical teams.
A familiarity with Agile project methodology.
