Our client, an Australian owned and operated business who has been in existence for over 50 years currently has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be the key point of contact for their customers.
Based in modern offices in their Distribution Centre the customer service team plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining customer relationships along with identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences.
Maintaining a regular outbound customer call cycle
Taking and processing customer orders
Responding to customer product enquiries
Raising consignment notes and run sheets for transport
Invoicing and other administrative tasks as required
Proven customer service experience
A passion for providing superior customer service
Pleasant and friendly phone manner
Strong relationship building capabilities
Willingness to learn and contribute to a small busy team
