AusDilaps is an engineering consultancy company with different sub-divisions, such as building inspection, engineering and design, and town planning. We have offices in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne servicing construction industry Australia wide. We are currently expanding our services and searching for talented people who are looking for a challenge and are willing to be a part of this growth and development. We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our small, friendly team in Brisbane.
The Role: As the Project Coordinator, your role is key to maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients and making a seamless day for our Inspectors.
Communicate with clients, residents, and inspectors through phone, email, or letter in a confident, professional, and efficient manner
Respond to and process all inbound enquiries in a timely manner
Organise and schedule appointments for building inspections
Create inspection work orders in Salesforce and ensure all necessary information and documents are accurately recorded
Book staff travel when required
Handle sensitive information in a confidential and timely manner
Support Managers, Supervisors, and your team through a variety of tasks
Assist across other departments as required (with training provided)
The Ideal Candidate: Whilst previous Customer Service experience is essential for this position, we will be looking for someone with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes, a high-level of attention to detail, and an exceptional ability to provide friendly, professional service. Having previous experience in project management would be an advantage.

The ability to prioritise and calmly but quickly process a sudden influx of customer requests if required
A clear, friendly communication style with a wide variety of clients (both verbal and written)
The initiative to provide feedback on any procedures and processes related to your role that you believe could be streamlined or improved
Good working knowledge of MS Office, with intermediate or higher Excel skills
Previous scheduling experience is desirable (although not essential)
Previous experience working with Salesforce will also be highly regarded
