Project Coordinator

AusDilaps is an engineering consultancy company with different sub-divisions, such as building inspection, engineering and design, and town planning. We have offices in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne servicing construction industry Australia wide. We are currently expanding our services and searching for talented people who are looking for a challenge and are willing to be a part of this growth and development. We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our small, friendly team in Brisbane. 
 

The Role:
As the Project Coordinator, your role is key to maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients and making a seamless day for our Inspectors.
 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients, residents, and inspectors through phone, email, or letter in a confident, professional, and efficient manner
  • Respond to and process all inbound enquiries in a timely manner
  • Organise and schedule appointments for building inspections
  • Create inspection work orders in Salesforce and ensure all necessary information and documents are accurately recorded
  • Book staff travel when required
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential and timely manner
  • Support Managers, Supervisors, and your team through a variety of tasks
  • Assist across other departments as required (with training provided)

 

The Ideal Candidate:
Whilst previous Customer Service experience is essential for this position, we will be looking for someone with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes, a high-level of attention to detail, and an exceptional ability to provide friendly, professional service. Having previous experience in project management would be an advantage.
 
What you will bring:

  • A positive Can Do attitude with a high level of accountability
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and calmly but quickly process a sudden influx of customer requests if required
  • A clear, friendly communication style with a wide variety of clients (both verbal and written)
  • The initiative to provide feedback on any procedures and processes related to your role that you believe could be streamlined or improved
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, with intermediate or higher Excel skills
  • Previous scheduling experience is desirable (although not essential)
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce will also be highly regarded
