Receptionist / Administration Support

A Full time role is available with a boutique professional chartered accountancy practice in West Leederville, WA.

Applications are now sought from highly motivated and corporately presented individuals with good organisation and people skills, and keen to join our vibrant dynamic team. 

Applicants must possess the following skills:

  • A strong work ethic and demonstrate a "can do" attitude with a warm and friendly temperament;

  • Work well under pressure;

  • Professional and confident;

  • Agile;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Have a strong customer focus, with a willingness to learn new tasks;

  • Good IT skills;

  • Good phone manner, and interpersonal skills;

  • Have experience working as a team member and autonomously.

Some of the day to day tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls;
  • Incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Greeting clients, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, preparing refreshments as required;
  • Archiving / Scanning;
  • Processing and preparing banking;
  • Ordering stationery and office stocktake;
  • Liaise with ASIC and ATO.

Knowledge of the following programs desirable:

  • MYOB;
  • CAS360 and SF360;
  • Microsoft.

To ensure your success in the position offered, you will require previous experience in an administrative role and willingness to work as a team.  Experience in an accounting or legal background is highly desirable, but not essential.
