An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Co-ordinator who can provide excellent customer service to their clients ensuring high levels of communication during the administration/selection process while at the same time working within our comprehensive processes and systems.
We are looking for a person who has very specific experience in a similar role from the Residential Construction Industry through either a builder or supplier.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Prepare accurate and complete documentation to the construction department.
- Responsible for producing an accurate construction selection schedule.
- Manage the selection process for each of their clients.
- Ensure that all files are maintained systematically.
- Ensure that the time frames allocated for doing each step are adhered to.
- Obtain necessary information from suppliers and estimators to complete schedules.
- Responsible for completing the home on time and within budget.
To be truly successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator who is capable of professionally representing the company in your dealings with clients and through your ability to develop sound working relationships with Clients and Suppliers. You will have superior organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, including excellent time management skills, strong problem solving and decision making abilities, along with the self-motivation to work unsupervised and to manage multiple projects and priorities. Construction knowledge is essential and an intermediate level of skill with Microsoft packages will be required, along with the ability to quickly learn in-house software.
