Your previous Payroll experience would be an ideal background, and with that knowledge, we'd be happy to train you on the hospitality side of things if you're not familiar with this industry, it's work structures and Awards..
Main tasks are checking rosters, time & attendance and processing payroll, along with data entry/bookkeeping of accounts payable & takings, for pubs & clubs.
Payroll Tax, Superannuation, PAYG reporting, end of month reconciliations and general admin duties will also be involved, including the admin side of getting prepared to launch new venues.
We are a family business, and the role is based at our small and informal Southport office, which is separate from the venues.
Essential days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and hours are flexible, within the ordinary business day.
We are willing to consider applicants who are seeking part time or full time work, as the role can be adapted to suit.
