As one of the largest employers in Tasmania, with a highly dedicated workforce, the organisation continues to grow and flourish.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Manager who can develop, implement and maintain SCC's Quality, Governance and Risk management framework. This a new position which will suit candidates with demonstrated and high-level skills in the management of quality and risk systems and organisational change within a diverse business undertaking.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
To be successful in this position you will have a demonstrated capacity to empower senior managers and team leaders to manage their service within the organisations Quality, Governance and Risk Management Framework. Intrastate travel is required in this role.
Formal qualifications in risk management/ governance is essential.
A sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the aged care sector is highly desirable.
