We are looking for an outgoing, personable & enthusiastic receptionist to join our team!
The role requires you to engage with our clients by telephone and in person at the same time as providing support to our accounting team! You must love interaction with others and the role includes working with a team, liaison with clients, our business partners including solicitors, financial planners, banks, insurance brokers as well as providing administration support within the office.
If you love interacting with people, have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, strong computer skills, have a sparkly personality and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to hear from you!
This position can also be done as a traineeship where you can study to obtain a Cert III in Office Administration over a 12 month period.
