About the role
We are seeking a highly efficient, motivated Senior Future Networks Analyst to consult with the broader business on the establishment and continual development of the Future Network Strategy.
You will provide leadership, direction, commercial insights, and technical advice, to ensure that the Future Networks Strategy delivers wide ranging benefits that either directly or indirectly contribute to the achievement of the TasNetworks Transformation Roadmap.
About the Business
At TasNetworks, we own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 285,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers.
You will holda Tertitary qualification in Business, Engineering (or equivalent, significant experience). As Senior Future Networks Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Future Networks initiatives including overseeing governance arrangements, stakeholder management and customer engagement. You will assist internal and external stakeholders to scope initiatives that are aligned to the interests of TasNetworks. A key function will be to identify the emerging future requirements of the network and in consultation with customers and other stakeholders develop strategies and plans to deal with emerging issues and maximise the benefit of the network to the Tasmanian community. Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry, national Electricity Market and regulatory frameworks will see you excel in this role.
