A full service firm with a loyal client base and expanding departments, the firm is looking to attract new clients, give back to the community and implement their vision for the future.

About the Role:-

This role is new to the business and has been created to support the partners of the firm to successfully implement marketing strategies. This multi-disciplinary role is set for 15 hours per week and will focus on the following:-

  1. Development and implementation of the brand and marketing strategy, including content management and copywriting, digital marketing, sponsorship activities and events management.
  2. Assisting in the development of engaging and informative client centric content for online and offline channels.
  3. Developing and optimizing marketing campaigns working within time and budget constraints.
  4. Providing up to date knowledge on the latest creative and social media trends
  5. Assist with website enhancements.
  6. Coordinating and managing online advertising (including Google and Facebook Ads).
  7. Assisting with preparing media communications and/or press releases via appropriate channels.
  8. Preparing reports and summarizing data.
  9. Working on special projects as directed.
  10. Liaising with and organizing staff participation in content creation, networking and events.

Skills & Experience:-

  • Capacity to work in Australia
  • Ability to work from our Toowoomba office
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a marketing and communications role
  • Proactive, driven and motivated attitude, with the ability to project manage multiple tasks with deadlines
  • Experience in digital marketing, brand development, copywriting and events management
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns (including Facebook and Google Ads)
  • Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics and advertising tools
  • Experience in Public Relations preferable
