About the role We are growing and seeking a passionate, driven, creative marketing and sales professional within our small team. This role will allow you to apply your marketing and communication expertise to build success, with an opportunity to exercise creativity through marketing strategy.
This role is well suited to an individual who has the initiative and a 'can do attitude' to drive the marketing / sales functions and support the greater team. You will be highly skilled at monitoring its progress and evaluating its effectiveness in meeting business objectives. Essentially you will bring your experience and a consultative approach to this role, set your marketing goals and then drive marketing activity in line with the overall business strategy.
Your knowledge and social media capabilities will allow you to build and maintain a strong digital presence that evokes brand strategy and longevity. Duties and responsibilities
Develop, monitor and evaluate strategic marketing plan, which includes implementing and executing advertising strategies
Developing and maintaining a strong social media presence (Adwords and LinkedIn ads, and Instagram ads)
Creating and developing digital collateral
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data to develop and implement marketing plans
Great at Copywriting.
Skills and requirements
Strong track record in strategising & delivering marketing initiatives
3+ years experience within the digital and direct marketing sector (within the creative industry would be highly regarded)
Demonstrated experience developing marketing material and proposals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with commercial partners, technical resources, and senior leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop will be a plus
Ability to think creatively to problem solve
Organisational skills to plan and deliver projects in a timely manner
We are offering an opportunity to create and redevelop all facets of marketing functions with the perfect balance of autonomy and support. This is a part-time position with a potential of heading towards full-time. Flexible working arrangements can be accommodated, if required.
