This is a great opportunity to provide high quality, administrative support and assistance to our Quality and Practice team within the Operations department of CASPA. This is a part time opportunity over 3 days up to 25 hours per week.
The Archivist is responsible to catalogue and maintain all historic files in storage at CASPA.
About the opportunity: CASPA is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services for children, young people, and families with complex trauma-based needs and for people with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration and other associated care types, and we are a registered NDIS provider.
We are looking for someone with qualifications in administration/record keeping or a related discipline, and/or relevant experience in maintenance and archiving of hard and electronic document storage.
