Administration Officer


A vacancy exists in our busy office for a part-time administration officer (approx 15 - 20 hrs per week) to support our construction, quarrying and development business units.

You would be providing administrative support to the business unit managers and other members of the team including AP, Payroll, HR, OHS and Marketing.

The position may suit a parent with school aged children wanting to work 2 or 3 days per week.

To fulfill the requirements of this position you would possess the following qualities as a minimum:

  • Sound office administration background;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A positive and mature attitude;
  • Sound computer skills experience with computerised accounting software would be an advantage.
