We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Receptionist / Administrator to be the first point of contact within our busy Wangara office.

Dedicated to leading the way in delivering friendly & efficient customer service, you will enjoy undertaking a variety of duties.  These include:

  • Operating the main switchboard to route incoming calls
  • Greeting office visitors and scheduling appointments
  • Data entry / administrative duties
  • Daily banking including processing cash receipts into Sybiz and Hive
  • Collect and sort incoming/outgoing mail
  • Monitor and restock all stationery, office supplies etc
  • Reporting to the state management accountant your role will be to accurately report on the weekly financials to gross profit stage in a timely manner. Your responsibilities include the processing of contracts, company invoices, debtor control, and cost of goods and reconciliation of general ledger accounts

Successful candidates will require:

  • Proven experience and knowledge in Customer Service, both face to face and over the telephone
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Highly developed organisational skills and an ability to prioritise
  • Well developed written skills
  • Ability to multi-task

This position will suit accounting graduate or skilled individual with 1-2 year experience
