Office Clerk - Logistics

Casual position perfect for uni students, Family business, Opportunities to further your career.

In this newly created role, we are seeking a Customer Service Superstar, someone who has excellent time management skills and is able to chew through high volume workloads. Someone who is on the front foot, and an administrative wiz.

This role is a Casual position 

12 hours a week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am 2pm 

This role is ideal for uni students or those changing careers as were not looking for any particular experience just a fast learner with the right attitude

key accountabilities include:

  • Receive inbound telephone calls and assisting with placing orders, product inquiries, quotes and problem solving
  • Maintain and update database systems
  • Follow up on open customer enquiries through to completion
  • Completing paperwork, entering data and general reporting as required

 

Skills and Attributes
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong customer service skills and communication
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Demonstrate an organised approach in a high volume environment
  • High level of interpersonal relationship skills
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
