Whats the role
If you love talking with customers and ensuring the right answers are provided the first time then then this is the role for you. As part of our team you will assist with a wide range of queries around our clients brand and their automotive vehicles.
As part of this role we are looking for team members who are:
Crazy about customer experience! If you are focused on delivering an excellent experience over the phone then this role is for you!
Detail oriented; sometimes its about what the customer isnt saying that is the key so an ability to catch detail will set you up for success.
Diligent and punctual; focused on being organised, prompt and efficient is the aim to ensuring customers are back motoring in their pride and joy as quickly as possible.
To be successful in this role you will have:
The ability to work on a rotating roster within the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Ideally minimum 2 years customer service experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to build rapport and relate to a wide range of people including advisors and direct customers
Excellent administrative and database skills
Outstanding customer problem solving skills and ability to tailor information to suit individual requirements
Ability to achieve targets and work to deadlines
Automotive Case Management experience highly regarded
