We are looking for a top Solar Sales Executive to help secure increased sales from an abundant oversupply of inbound, online inquires. As one of the longest standing Solar businesses in Australia, with 14 years in business, we are expanding our sales team. To keep up with demand, we need top sales closers to sit phone appointments and make a sale on the day. There is no cold calling in this role, all data coming in is warm and ready to be called. Hit our targets and you will easily be one of the most generously paid, work from home sales professionals in the country, should you prefer on-road sales we may consider this after further discussion.
The Solar Sales executive will report directly to the National Sales Manager while working closely with allocated Solar Marketers to achieve the following KPIs:
Minimum 5 appointments converted to sales per week, Target 10+
Book 4-6 of your own appointments a day
Maintaining records of completed appointments, calendar events, and relevant documents
Responding to the direction, strategies, and needs of the assigned sales team to achieve optimal results
After 3 months of meeting KPIs, there will be a pay increase and a dedicated appointment setter allocated
The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Saturday. We allow for a flexible schedule for you to maximize your time on the phones to ensure a healthy work-life balance, we only ask that you work your full 38 hours per week to your best ability. In return, the company will offer you hundreds of new leads and data sets to easily reach your targets and goals, as well as hands-on training to elevate. 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Mon-Fri with breaks with occasional Saturday or Sunday afternoons to approach unreached data is an example of how you may choose to approach this.
Successful applicants must have:
Relevant previous solar sales experience, no fear of phones, conversation, interactions, or overly sensitive - easily able to take control.
Above average skills with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, data management, calendars, time zones, maps, and general Australian/Local geography.
Strong and confident communicator with both prospects and internal staff to reach the highest outcomes in the most efficient manner.
Must be, self-driven to achieve results, easily trained, and able to deliver with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills, time management, strategic planning ability, and attention to detail.
A proven track record of high-performance solar sales is essential to this position
