12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
The Senior Marketing Associate - Content plays a key role within the Brand & Marcomms team and is an expert in developing engaging, effective and innovative content. The primary focus of the role is to support the strategic planning and direction, ideation, development and implementation of SEEKs content marketing strategy in order to strengthen customer (Candidates, Hirers and Students) engagement and deliver on SEEKs brand vision across Australia and New Zealand.
More specifically some of your responsibilities include:
Helping develop the overarching content marketing strategy to position SEEK as the number one destination for career and people related content.
Planning and managing the creation, production and amplification of highly effective, targeted, quality content across SEEKs owned, paid and earned channels; working with the Media & Customer Engagement team to distribute, measure, analyse and optimise activity.
Leading and championing the development of channel-specific high-impact content that is focussed on driving brand engagement.
Developing an approach to how SEEK research and insights are brought to life in a way that is relevant and meaningful for the SEEK audience.
Managing the always-on content calendar and associated workflows ensuring all content is produced on time and to a high standard.
Developing and implementing an approach to optimise and challenge existing content including exploring new medias, SEO, partnerships etc. where relevant. This includes articulating return on investment of time and resources.
So what are we looking for
Minimum of 6+ years content or marketing communications experience including:
Content development and idea generation
Understanding of paid, owned and earned channels
Creative thinking and execution of effective communications
Insightful measurement across key distribution channels
Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders
Experience managing freelancers and creative agency partners
Organisational skills and the ability to develop and adhere to a plan while managing priorities
Ability to analyse performance and generate insights and action
Outcome-focused, with an eye for detail and pride in your work
