Administrator - Aesthetic Training

My client is a unique Plastic surgery training business directed by Plastic Surgeons whose vision is to genuinely provide superior training for its delegates in medical aesthetic treatment techniques. 

With their Head-Office in Harley Street Central London UK, the business prides itself in delivering a variety of certified training courses and qualifications in the medical aesthetic sector across the world. The courses include injectable courses/ qualifications such as Dermal Fillers, Anti-Wrinkle Muscle Relaxants, Dermatological Laser courses and Hair Transplant courses amongst many others.

They are now looking to establish their training base in Sydney NSW by employing an outstanding Administrator to coordinate their Australian training activities. Initially home based you will in due course select and establish an office for the business as well as leading the planning and coordination of their world class training programmes.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with well-developed administrative skills who will thrive on the challenge of balancing competing and shifting priorities in the constantly changing world of MATA.

What you'll do

  • Manage our training candidate database for Australia to ensure delegates receive the appropriate training and support whether face to face or online.
  • Liaise with trainers to ensure they are in the right place at the right time.
  • Organise and monitor our training activities and venues across Australia.
  • Deal with all local paperwork including evidence of prior learning, references, and visas if necessary.
  • Keep on top of all admin.
  • Liaise regularly with Sales and marketing in Scotland UK and Course Technical support in Colchester UK and the Head Office in Harley Street.

What you'll need

  • Sound training administration experience, preferably in a medical field
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and training databases
  • To be a natural people person with a positive, professional approach
  • Great organisation and multi-tasking to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail, initiative and a confident, can do attitude
