Think Childcare currently owns, manages, and operates over 90 long day-care facilities across Australia for children from birth to school age. This role is responsible for end to end recruitment that supports our services with critical vacancies. As an organisation we need to ensure that all compliance and regulations are met. With high growth, across multiple locations and within in a complex business structure this role will see you develop personally and professionally! You will never be bored.
You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure you attract and asses the best talent in the market.
As part of the People and Culture team you will report to the People and Culture Manager.
You have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and have a great energy that drives you to help others. You take your job as a talent specialist seriously yet know how to have fun with the role. Your passion for recruitment, in partnership with hiring managers promotes a listening and learning culture, builds positive relationships, and offers a strong commitment to problem solving and achieving goals.

To be considered, you will have:
Passion, energy, and a drive to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Proven track record in developing your network of candidates.
2-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Large multi-site experience in childcare, hospitality, health or FMCG preferable
Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment.
The skills to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Determination and commitment to recruit hard-to fill roles.
High productivity & attention to detail.
