National Surgical Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the head office team in NSW.

About the role
The Customer Service/Sales Support position reports to the Operations Manager. The role covers all aspects of customer service and also includes assistance with the logistics and inventory management functions of the organisation. To be successful, you will need a proven customer service background, clear and concise communication skills and attention to detail. A good mechanical aptitude and exposure to the Attache business management system would also be desirable but not essential. The roles main focus will be in the following tasks:-
All aspects of Customer Service (answering phones, support to Sales Representatives)
Sales Administration which will include sales order entry, invoicing, back order management and follow-up of customer queries
Web Sites order management with particular focus on customer enquiries and clear follow up
Maintenance of sales price lists in the Attache system
Demo / Sample stock tracking and follow up in co-ordination with the sales reps
A strong track record in Customer Service (3 years+) is required for this role. A detailed job specification is available on request.
