Reception and Administration Assistant


Malvern Private Hospital is a 33 bed private accredited facility, supporting clients to achieve and maintain Drug and/or Alcohol Abstinence.  We have a strong collaborative team that is supportive and flexible to ensure all maintain a strong work life balance.


The role will support the Hospital Director and Administration staff to;

  • Manage all incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Process all enquiries to assessment team
  • Complete efficient health fund checks for enquiries
  • Support the registration and flow of outpatients
  • Assist and support reception and administration tasks


We are seeking a highly motivated, pro-active team player, with;

  • Experience and knowledge of hospital software systems - Webpas
  • Strong time management skills
  • Seeks attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Thrives on business of the environment
  • Developed interpersonal skills within the office and over the phone.
