ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will support the Hospital Director and Administration staff to;
Manage all incoming enquiries by phone and email
Process all enquiries to assessment team
Complete efficient health fund checks for enquiries
Support the registration and flow of outpatients
Assist and support reception and administration tasks
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
We are seeking a highly motivated, pro-active team player, with;
Experience and knowledge of hospital software systems - Webpas
Strong time management skills
Seeks attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
Thrives on business of the environment
Developed interpersonal skills within the office and over the phone.
