Join an industry leader in commercial catering equipment sales and servicing as Administration & Servicing Co-Ordinator. Based in our showroom in Wollongong; this role will report directly to the Service Manager & Company Director, and support the office in all of its many function including co-ordinating maintenance jobs for the service team.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced administration co-ordinator who is highly polished, proactive and a driven professional with a 'can do attitude'. Ideally you will have a back ground in commercial refrigeration / catering equipment or repairs, maintenance or servicing.

The Role:
You will be responsible for attending to reception duties
General office administration
Interacting with both internal and external customers and directing enquiries
Updating and maintenance of data bases
Day to day co-ordination of all specified service jobs, including planning, scheduling and reporting
Ensuring all in-house and site documentation and reporting are kept up to date
Co-ordinate the receipt, distribution and warehousing of spare parts
Work closely with service and sales departments to deliver on time quotes and service obligations
In order to succeed in this position you will have:
A proven ability to achieve a high level of performance in a high volume, fast paced work environment
Excellent time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking ability, outstanding and confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient administration and computer skills as well as polished personal presentation and a very high sense of professionalism
Have previous experience in co-ordinating a servicing team or back ground in catering equipment (preferable but not essential)
Must be exceptionally presented.
Have a genuine passion and interest in providing exceptional customer service to achieve results
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
