Solutions in Engineering is a small and dynamic business operating within the Strata Industry and is experiencing growth. There is currently a Full Time  Junior position available within our Sales and Marketing  Team to provide support throughout the entire life cycle of our reports.

Extensive on the job coaching will be offered to the successful candidate, and is ideal for a recent high school graduate.


Specifically the role will include...

  • Providing quotes to our valued clients on a daily basis.

  • Contacting clients to discuss translating quotes into orders

  • Entering orders into our job management system to ensure all information is available for the Specialist Inspectors to complete their inspection and reports.

  • Formatting and producing standard MS Word documents and MS Excel spreadsheets.

  • Following up clients or authorities for information as required to complete a job.

  • General clerical and marketing activities as assigned to the role.


The successful candidate will also have demonstrated skills and expertise in...

  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer to an intermediate level.

  • Exceptional ability to accurately enter data combined with attention to detail to ensure all entries are correct and fields completed;

  • Ability to multi-track several activities, tasks or procedures simultaneously and maintain an exceptional standard of accuracy and productivity;

  • Providing customer service to internal and external clients within the work environment;

  • Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

  • Flexible and adaptable to process different reports or data as required;
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

It is essential that you have previous experience in either a customer service or office environment, and have a strong work ethic.
