Caraniche: With 25 years in the field, Caraniche is a specialist provider of a broad range of mental health and consultancy services across Australia. At the heart of everything we do are connections that better lives. We deliver a range of specialist psychological services to government, private and not-for-profit organisations.
We work with some of the most marginalised people in our community to help get their lives back on track through alcohol and drug counselling, specialised services for youth, and behaviour change programs. We are the state-wide drug and alcohol treatment provider in Victoria’s public prisons, and the Victorian state-wide provider of Youth Justice Programs and Services to the youth justice sector. We also work with employers across Australia to deliver leading workplace wellbeing programs, including Employee Assistance Programs and Critical Incident Response.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Executive Assistant who is excited about being an integral part of our Corporate Services Team.
Have you previously supported an Executive Leadership Team and/or Board of Directors Do you pride yourself on your organisational skills and ability to get things done Can you build rapport with all stakeholders Do you thrive in solving complex and ambiguous problems This may be the role for you!

The position The position is offered as an ongoing part time role, with the possibility of working three full time days per week. We are also open to candidates who are open to spreading out these hours across the week.
The key purpose of the position is to coordinate and organise key activities of our Managing Director and to our Senior Leadership Team, whilst providing high level secretariat support to the Board.
A day in the life of this position might include:
Overseeing our Managing Directors calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritising activities.
Taking ownership of procedural aspects of Board/Senior Leadership Team reporting.
Providing secretariat support to the Board and Internal committees
Managing the Board calendar and coordinating communication with Directors
Manage Senior Leadership Team meeting agendas, minutes and action items
During COVID-19 the successful candidate will be primarily working from home initially with a half a day working in in our Abbotsford head office.
