Accounts Receivable / Office Support

Veale Auto Parts, is a leading supplier to Western Australias Automotive Parts Industry. With our Head Office based at Redcliffe and 17 Stores throughout WA's metropolitan area, we require the services of an Office Assistant experienced in Accounts Receivable. This position would suit a person wishing to re-enter the workforce with the view of long term employment. Immediate start is available and training will be provided.

 

Prerequisites.

Experience in Accounts Receivable.

Positive and well-presented person.

Knowledge of basic office duties.

Excellent telephone manner.                                                   

Excellent communication skills.

Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Quick Books/Reckon Accounts).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

           

 

Duties Include

General filing.

Creditors Data Entry & Reconciliation.

Debtors reconciliation & receipting.

A desire for progression and development.

Good problem solving skills.

Excellent Time Management Skills.

Strong Dispute Resolution skills.
