Assistant Relationship Manager/Credit Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to work alongside our vibrant and driven team to provide high-quality lending advice to our clients and offer credit/strategy analysis support to our team. 


As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis of lending exposures. You will partner with our mortgage brokers and business development managers to create a trusted advisor relationship for our clients. You will also produce timely and accurate credit submissions that assess counterparty risk including increase lending and new to bank lending. We are looking to appoint people ideally with an interest in developing a long-term career within financial services who want to work their way up the ranks as they develop their skills and expertise.

To be successful, you will:

  • Have min 2 years of residential lending experience - commercial lending experience will be highly regarded
  • Hold your Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented environment

It is essential that you also demonstrate:

  • A proven ability to manage all customer conversations and expectations professionally and efficiently
  • Strong financial analysis skills and be confident to manage relationships (internal and external), strategy development & managing the lending process
  • Effectiveness in your planning, possess exceptional detail orientation with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise these effectively
  • A proven ability to get the job done for clients
  • Strong knowledge of lender policies and structuring
  • A highly professional & personable approach
