Established in 1958, Janissen Electrics is one of the longest serving domestic and commercial contracting electrical firms in Perth. Servicing industries such as Aged Care, Health, State Housing and Construction, we design, install, maintain and repair a range of electrical and communications systems.
Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to provide support to our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities would include but not limited to -
Undertake end-to-end recruitment
Process end-to-end payroll on Mondays
Prepare and maintain HR correspondence and communication using Employment Hero and XERO such as job offers, employment contracts and other HR related matters
Interpret, operate, and advise in accordance with award conditions, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
Manage and maintain employee and subcontractor records and licences
Accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile accounts and credit card using Xero
Update and maintain information in Xero
Process monthly/quarterly superannuation, PAYG, BAS and Payroll Tax
