About the role

We are looking for an experienced  Accounts Officer who is available to work from Monday to Friday.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • NDIS Plan Management
  • Tax compliance - Payroll Tax, PAYG, GST, BAS
  • Maintain internal filing, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, documentation and other miscellaneous filings 
  • Reconcile company bank accounts 
  • Process fortnightly claims for NDIS and manage outstanding payments
  • Manage aging debtors 
  • Process employee expenses 
  • Maintain accurate financial records and administration 
  • Run Payroll as needed
  • Any requested bookkeeping tasks
