About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who is available to work from Monday to Friday.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
NDIS Plan Management
Tax compliance - Payroll Tax, PAYG, GST, BAS
Maintain internal filing, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, documentation and other miscellaneous filings
Reconcile company bank accounts
Process fortnightly claims for NDIS and manage outstanding payments
Manage aging debtors
Process employee expenses
Maintain accurate financial records and administration
Run Payroll as needed
Any requested bookkeeping tasks
