OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - TECHNICIAN SCHEDULER

Due to our growing Client base, Laser Plumbing needs YOU to join our amazing team of 'Totally Dependable' Schedulers!

Our Schedulers are an important part of Laser Plumbing, ensuring all inbound jobs are completed accurately, Technician's schedules are efficiently monitored and Clients are overwhelmed with a POSITIVE and PROFESSIONAL Customer Service experience!

This is NOT your typical administration role.  In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to thrive in a high pressure, busy work environment that rarely has a quiet day and have proven experience in a reactive based role:

  • Delivering exceptional Customer Service with a solution focused outcome;
  • Providing administrative support to multiple individuals (Managers and Technicians) in writing, in person and over the phone;
  • Quickly, efficiently and accurately scheduling jobs through investigating the needs of Clients;
  • Continually maintaining the expectations of Clients through a Client first and focused attitude.

As a Laser Plumbing Scheduler, you will take charge of a dedicated customer profile and provide outstanding Customer Service to assist the business and its growing customer base. You will work with other high performing Team Members to deliver a totally dependable customer experience to our service and maintenance Clients located in and around the Canberra region.

Here are the duties of YOUR new job...

  • Continually schedule daily jobs (Data Entry) & re-scheduling existing/ongoing jobs (via phone and E-Mail) efficiently and accurately for our Technicians throughout the day to deliver on service KPIs;
  • Working as part of a growing team, answering the continuous influx of phone calls from Clients;
  • Constant contact with new and current Clients through E-Mail and phone including Customer Satisfaction Surveys;
  • Effective communication with Technicians, Managers and other Schedulers including detailed notes on jobs;
  • Facilitating standard job workflow (quotes, scheduling, follow-ups, notes) to the highest standard;
  • General administration duties and assistance to Service Managers.

Key Skills and Attributes That You Will Possess...

  • 3+ Years experience in Client Service focused Administrative position within a fast-paced, reactive service environment that seldom has a quiet day;
  • Proven ability to work under the continual high pressure demands within a Service Industry;
  • A professional phone manner with excellent and effective communication and listening skills;
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to continually schedule and monitor large volumes of daily incoming service jobs;
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail demonstrating a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks;
  • Fast, detail oriented learner with a positive "can do" attitude;
  • High level of computer literacy including knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets and Job Management Systems (preferably simPRO);
  • As you will be scheduling at locations around Canberra, geographical knowledge of Canberra is desirable, but not essential.
