Due to growth, they are now seeking a Customer Service Specialist with an exceptional work ethic who is seeking career development opportunities, to join their office in Western Sydney.
This position is an integral part of the business supporting the Senior Management team in the execution of customer-related matters, you will be responsible for taking and making customer service related calls, raising and managing quotes, managing customer service and sales emails in addition to other ad hoc duties as they arise.
They are looking for a passionate and driven team player with excellent communication and organisation skills with a flexible approach, as this role will be hands-on in many areas of their business.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a Customer Service position will be an advantage but it is not essential
Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems such as SAP will be an advantage
High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong communication skills
