Working in the Finance and Administration team, your duties will include; Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Stationery management Debtor and Creditor interaction and service Ad hoc Payroll General Office Support Reception Duties
The role will be adaptable and built with the candidate.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes;
Proficient in MYOB (min 3 years)
MS Office Skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 3 years' experience in the above skills
Able to work unsupervised
IT / Technology Savy
A current drivers license and car
A current police clearance certificate is a must and must be able to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing.
Experience with HR and QMS
Completion of or working towards completion in a Certificate of Business Administration or Accounting highly desirable.
