Account Manager

Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd is a dynamic and growing cleaning company specializing in cleaning, presentation and waste management services within the sporting, lifestyle and educational facilities. Quayclean has offices in all states of Australia and has specialist skills that deliver high standards of service and consistency to its customers.  Quayclean have evolved over 16 years to be enjoying a period of continued growth and development and we are recruiting for individuals whom show good leadership capability and an excellent eye for detail and good co-ordination of labour skills.

Working as part of the Quayclean operational team this role is responsible for supporting Quayclean's operations in specified contracts and events.  This involves administering contract employees including rostering, managing the quality and cost effective delivery of contracted services to clients while maintaining excellent relationships, solving problems and ensuring timely delivery of deadlines and optimizing the profitability of the contract. A primary component of this role is the delivery of monthly contract reporting back to the business.  The Account Manager is also responsible for:

  • Management of safety and environment within the workplace
  • Development and succession of staff as key reports
  • Commitment to the implementation of company policies and procedures, including the effective communication of these to the contract team
  • Diligence and energy in planning and delivery of services in a professional manner.

Establishing a responsive business relationship with customers through customer satisfaction monitoring, problem reporting, escalation, resolution and continuous improvement processes.

Selection Criteria

Ability to work in a demanding environment through managing reactive, day to day and planned cleaning and waste activities.

Strong leadership and co-ordination skills particularly with regards to safety and high personal standards in relation to customer service.

Experience in optimising labour and equipment utilisation across the contracts to meet the outcomes and standards required of the facilities.

Requiring at least 2 years of work experience in the field or related field.
